Wedding Room Block at Best Western Hotel

We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Best Western Hotel. You can either reserve for the night before and day off wedding or just the day of wedding.

Here are the important details for booking and transportation to and from venue:

Room Reservations:

Guests can reserve their rooms by August 20, 2025. Please be sure to book by this date to secure your room within our block.

Payment: Rooms can be paid for on the day of the wedding.

Book By Phone:

Call the hotel directly at 973-575-7700 and mention the Carlucci/DeLossantos Wedding when reserving your room.

Check-In/Check-Out Times:

Check-In: Begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-Out: By 12:00 PM the following day.

Complimentary Breakfast:

All guests will enjoy a Complimentary Breakfast at the hotel’s Cucina Calandra Restaurant from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM the morning after the wedding.

Transportation:

A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at the hotel to and from the wedding venue.

Departure: The shuttle will leave the hotel 30 minutes before the ceremony to drop guests off at the venue.

Return: The shuttle will pick up guests 20 minutes after the wedding to bring them back to the hotel.
